Let me start by saying that I have an amazing partner in her 30s. She is why I do this.
Team, working out is the last thing I want to do. I will say, it’s daunting. Worse yet when you’re at the end of the day and haven’t yet made time; particularly when you you nothing else to do.
I have been trying to force myself to workout more in 2023. It hasn’t been easy, but technology has made it ‘easier’ to do. I just finished my 12th basic workout in as many days. I really want to give up, I almost gave up days ago, but I have one goal in mind; who knew how much that matters.
Apple Fitness has two ‘Awards’ I’ve never earned since buying an Apple Watch. Perfect Week and Perfect Week (Exercise); The latter required for the former.
I’ve really pushed myself and I cannot say enough how proud I am, silly as it may sound. If I keep this up through tomorrow, I will earn a reward I haven’t yet earned, didn’t think I deserved, and never thought I would have!
I still have one day to go! I’m going to do my best to complete my goal, and nobody but me knows, just how many people have told me I wouldn’t/couldn’t/won’t.
